Yuri Morikawa

Yuri has been an active player in the professional coaching field since 2004. After an intensive 8 years as a faculty member of Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), she launched the Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) Program in Japan and founded CRR Japan in 2009. ⁠

Cynthia Loy Darst

She is internationally known as a pioneer in the world of coaching. One of the first eight people to gain the designation of Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coaching Federation, a founding Leader for The Co-Active Training Institute and CRR Global; she was also one of the founding members of the ICF and Past-President of ACTO (The Assoc. of Coach Training Organizations). She is the author of Meet Your Inside Team: How to Turn Internal Conflict into Clarity and Move Forward with Your Life.⁠

Karen is one of the earliest recognized luminaries in the coaching profession and the Co-Founder of The Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), the foremost coach training program in the world. For over 30 years, Karen has been working with coaches and leaders to create resonating, fulfilling lives that are the highest expression of their unique gifts and true life purpose. Karen is the co-author of the industry best-seller Co-Active Coaching, which has been translated into fifteen languages and is considered a seminal text for the coaching profession as well as Co-Active Leadership: Five Ways to Lead.⁠

Henry Kimsey-House

Henry is the Co-Founder of CTI (The Co-Active Training Institute), headquartered in the San Francisco Bay area, USA, the world’s first and largest in-person coach training school.
