Bio:

Jill is the head of people for a PR agency. She oversees all things HR, benefits, and culture and seeks to continually improve employee engagement and employee satisfaction by seeking to put BAM’s people first. In 2017, when she joined BAM, she leveraged her previous operations experience and human-centered philosophies to contribute to BAM’s rapid growth and to further build upon BAM’s culture. Having worked for years as a mentor and soccer coach and running her own fitness-based program with incarcerated youth, she takes pride in having a multi-disciplinary and humanistic approach to individuals and teams rooted in psychology, personal experience, coaching, and leadership studies.
